Puri Santrian Beach Resort And Spa, Sanur (Bali)

Our wedding celebration at this hotel was absolutely magical! The beautiful beachside decorations, delicious food, and incredibly supportive staff exceeded all our expectations. While the beautiful gardens and pools added to the charm, we found the rooms could use some updates to match the stunning outdoor areas. Overall, it's a perfect place for special occasions, but room improvements would elevate the experience even more.

Our stay started off a bit rocky with an unexpected room upgrade that turned out to be disappointing due to dampness, but we turned things around by opting for a premium deluxe room that was spacious, clean, and had lovely access to a quiet pool. While the staff was polite and accommodating, and the surroundings well-kept, the breakfast offerings could use improvement and the prices for food and drinks were quite high. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially if you're willing to upgrade.
